← Jon G, The ConnectorPRIVACY · UPDATED OCTOBER 20, 2026

A little clarity about your information.

This notice covers this webpage and its appointment service, operated personally by Jon G, an individual sole proprietor based in Ohio, USA. Jon G, The Connector describes Jon’s work; this service is not operated by an LLC or corporation. Questions or requests can go to jferreri.pm@gmail.com.

What you share

When live booking is available, the form collects your name, email address, timezone, chosen time, reason for meeting and a short description of your idea. We also keep appointment status, changes and the records needed to process calendar updates and emails. Please leave out passwords, payment details, health information and other sensitive personal information.

If the booking panel identifies itself as a preview or walkthrough, completing that walkthrough does not submit your form details or create an appointment. Separately approved owner tests use the connected services and retain test records.

How it is used

Your information is used to arrange the conversation, understand what help you need, prevent conflicting appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and handle changes or questions. Booking does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Booking information is not sold or shared for targeted advertising.

Who helps run the service

Cloudflare hosts the public webpage and its server functions and manages the domain and its DNS. Neon Postgres stores appointment records. Google Calendar and Meet provide availability checks, the appointment and its meeting link. Resend delivers appointment emails. Cloudflare also runs a background timer for due reminders, retries and retention checks. The timer receives aggregate processing results, not your intake text. A separate protected development preview is hosted on Vercel.

These providers process information needed for their services and may keep technical, security and delivery records under their own policies. They may process data outside your state or country. External links, including affiliates in the footer, lead to services covered by their own privacy notices.

Google account access

Only Jon connects a Google account; visitors do not need to sign in with Google to book. The service checks busy times on Jon’s primary calendar and manages events in the separate calendar created for this appointment service. It does not request access to the titles or descriptions of events on Jon’s primary calendar. Visitors see available appointment times, not private calendar details.

Owner identity is checked for private editing and administration. Calendar authorization is stored encrypted on the server. Google data is used only to provide these features, not for advertising or training AI models. Jon can revoke access through Google Account connections; revocation stops the integration but does not itself erase existing appointments, emails or database records.

Cookies, links and technical records

The service uses essential sign-in and security cookies for private owner controls. Hosting and security providers may also use cookies or logs to operate and protect the site. The webpage has no advertising pixels or audience analytics configured. Abuse protection uses a hashed identifier derived from connection information rather than storing a raw IP address in its rate-limit table.

An appointment-management link acts like a private key to that appointment. Keep it to yourself. Anyone you give it to may be able to view, move or cancel the appointment.

Meeting tools

The booking form does not record meetings or automatically send your intake to an AI assistant. If recording or AI-assisted meeting preparation or notes are proposed, Jon will explain the tool and intended use and agree that with you first. Booking alone does not give permission to record a conversation.

Retention and your choices

Booking records and intake notes in the appointment database are automatically deleted after two years from the appointment’s scheduled end or last change or cancellation, whichever is later. A documented legal obligation or dispute can require a longer hold. The background service checks for expired records every 15 minutes; service interruptions can delay cleanup. Google Calendar records, provider logs, sent email and backups have separate retention rules; deleting the database record does not erase every copy. Records for separately contracted paid work may need a different retention period.

Jon welcomes inquiries from outside the USA. Information is processed in the USA and in locations used by the providers above. The conditions for any paid international service are agreed separately, taking account of the client’s country and the service requested.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing jferreri.pm@gmail.com. Jon may need to verify the request and may retain information required for legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies to you. Cancelling an appointment stops that appointment; it is not a request to delete your information.
